Muncie - Steven Guy Brooks Bowen, 57, of Muncie, passed away on September 6, 2021.
Steven was born in Muncie, IN to Paul and Marilyn Bowen on October 10, 1963. He graduated from Central High School in 1982. He worked for Indianapolis Fruit Company for 15 years. Steven was one of Jehovah's Witnesses. He was baptized on December 24, 1972.
Steven is preceded in death by his father Paul Sr (Dick) and his brother Randy.
Steven is survived by his daughter Lori Bowen of Anderson; his brothers Paul Bowen Jr, (Denise) of Muncie, Larry Bowen of Muncie, Mark Bowen (Adriana) of Indianapolis, Michael Bowen (Nelia) of Colorado Springs, CO; his sisters Becky Bowen of Eaton, OH, Dianne Pursley of Greenville, OH, Tammie Kite (Tony) of Mishawaka and uncle to five nieces and 2 nephews and great uncle to ten.
Steven had a love of the outdoors and would spend as much time as he could camping with friends and family or even the random occasions he could go alone in the winter. He would always enjoy a good laugh around the campfire. He was passionate about aircraft, trucking, his family, and always enjoyed a big meal together.
Funeral service will be on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 7:00 PM EST will be held virtually via Zoom.
