Carol Ann Peterson
1946 ~ 2021

On September 16, 2021 our loving wife and mother, Carol Ann Peterson passed away at the age of 74 after a long battle of diabetes and a brave battle with Covid.

She was born on October 16, 1946 in Ely, Nevada, to William Kreth and Carol Manwaring.

Carol Ann was raised in Springville, Utah by Carol and Wilford Manwaring. She was the oldest of three siblings, with two younger brothers. She graduated from Springville High School. She met her eternal companion Rick Peterson in 1974, and they were married in May of 1975.

They settled down in Richfield, Utah to raise their family. She was active in the PTA and book club, and was a good friend to everyone she met.

She had a deep love for the gospel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and she honored her covenants every day. Among the callings she cherished most were the years she spent teaching the primary children. She had a deep love for children, and loved to teach them.

She was an amazing cook and an avid reader. She took pride in taking care of her home, yet of all the things she enjoyed, being a grandmother was her favorite.

She is survived by her husband Rick Peterson, her three children Doug (Traci) Peterson, Jill (Greg) Siddoway, Lisa Delgado, and her five grandchildren, Christian, Zoe, Mason, Carolina, Max. She is also survived by her brother John (Marrilee) Manwaring.
