Son of Grady and Thelma Lusk. He married Robbie, his high school sweetheart, on July 31, 1976. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church for over 40 years and served as a Deacon for 30 years. He played an instrumental role in the design, build and relocation of the new Macedonia Church in 2019-2020. He was preceded in death by his father, Grady Lusk. He is survived by his mother, Thelma Lusk Cochran; wife of 45 years, Robbie Lusk; sons, Mark and Jackie Lusk, Matt and Shelly Lusk, and Lee and Brittani Lusk; grandchildren, Garrett and (fiancée, Ellie) Lusk, Avery Lusk, Katelyn Lusk, Erin Lusk, Braden Lusk, Camden Lusk, and Lane Lusk; and siblings, Janice Elrod, Larry Lusk, Sandy McKinney, Barry Lusk, Doug Lusk, and Rena Newell.
