Born October 6, 1964, in Lakeland, Florida, Mr. Smith was the son of the late Royce Clarence Smith and Reba Joyce Baker Smith. He was a farmer at Lindsey Farms and he was a member of Free Holiness Church in Live Oak, Florida. He liked being outdoors and he loved animals. He also enjoyed working on and driving cars.
Mr. Smith is survived by a very special friend, Gloria Lindsey of Alapaha; seven sons, Tony R. Smith, Jr. (Sarah) of Lake City, Florida, Mathew Dillon Clarence Smith of Atlanta, Bradley Dale Smith (Amber) of Live Oak, Florida and Timothy Lee Smith of Lake City, Florida, Stefan Sutton, Derek Sutton and Joshua Butler, all of Lake City, Florida; One daughter, Susan Ardilla of Lake City, Florida; one brother, Robin Dale Smith of Clearwater, Florida; three sisters, Tammy Cross of Alapaha, Becky Smith of Tifton and Belinda Waddle of Lakeland, Florida; the mother of his children, Darlene Smith Perez of Lake City, Florida; 23 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
