Paul Edward Glover, age 80, of Lafayette Drive, Morehead, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family.



Born July 19, 1941, he was a son of the late Nathan and Latonia Hamm Glover. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Jody Back, Ruth Wagoner, and Pearl Kilgore and two brothers, Charles Glover and Sam Glover.



He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Wilma Fultz Glover; a son, Wayne (Kem) Glover; a daughter, Sandra (Kevin) Jones, all of Morehead; a grandson, Matthew Paul Jones; a great granddaughter, Emma Jones; and a special little girl and prayer warrior for Paul, Elly Ingles, whom he considered an honorary granddaughter.



Other survivors include two brothers, Ray (Stella) Glover of Olive Hill and Garry (Janet) Glover of Morehead; three sisters, Dora (Keith) Dickerson of Mansfield, Ohio, Iva Clark of Morehead and Libby (J.P.) Cooper of Olive Hill; numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.



Paul worked for 28 years for the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife and assisted with the construction and opening of the Minor E. Clark Fish Hatchery.



He enjoyed deer and coon hunting, spending time outdoors, working on lawnmowers, rebuilding cars, and gardening. He had a kind heart and would do anything for anybody. Paul loved his family and will be greatly missed.



Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2021, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Nick Reeder and Becky Reeder officiating. Burial will follow in Fultz Cemetery on Greasy Creek in Carter County.



Pallbearers: Daniel Ingles, Jay Cottrell, Timmy Glover, Danny Glover, Ryan Morgan, and Levi Sparks. Honorary pallbearers: Robert Fultz and Kathy Fultz.



Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
