MICHAEL DAVID HOGAN
AGE 47 YEARS

Michael David Hogan of Weymouth and West Palm Beach, FL died on Saturday, September 4, 2021. Michael will always be remembered for having an enormous heart, being easy to get along with, and bringing people together. He made the world a brighter and happier place.

Michael was gifted with musical talent and often played songs on his guitar. He loved music, fishing, cooking and the Boston Red Sox. He enjoyed living in Florida, where he visited the ocean often. Michael was a proud member of the Boston Fire Department (E-30 retired) and was a member of Boston Firefighters Local 718 Union.

Michael is predeceased by his father Gerald Hogan, BFD Fire Lieutenant E43. He is survived by his mother Evelyn Hogan, S. Weymouth; and brothers William Hogan BFD L-11 S. Weymouth, Gerald Hogan BFD District Chief District 10 and his wife Michelle Hogan of Pembroke, Daniel Hogan and his wife Beth of Pennsylvania, James Hogan and his wife Amy Hogan of New York. He leaves behind 13 nieces and nephews and a great-niece and nephew. He was especially close to his oldest nephew Stephen. Michael's life was impacted by mental illness. He was a friend of Bill W. and wharf rat.

Arrangements: C.C. Shepherd Funeral Home, South Weymouth.
Funeral service at 9AM in the Community Baptist Church located at 17 Mutton Lane Weymouth, MA. Burial will follow in the Village Cemetery in Weymouth.
