RUTHERFORD, CLINT LEE, 7, of 2800 Summerdale Drive, Clearwater, died Sunday (May 13, 1979) in a fire at his home. Born in Clearwater, he was a pupil at Oldsmar Elementary School and a member of Oldsmar Baptist Church. He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. George Rutherford; four sisters, Cindy Mitch and Tammy Rutherford, both of Clearwater, and Darlene and Peggy Rutherford, both of Palm Harbor; and his paternal grandmother Mrs. Mildred Devenyns, Dunedin. Gaveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park. Briscoe Funeral Home Safety Harbor.
