Donald Tate McCormick, age 92, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021. He was born December 12, 1928 in Blytheville, Arkansas, a son of the late Cicero McCormick and the late Eunice Tate McCormick. He was a member of Saline Missionary Baptist Church and Founder of McCormick Paint Company in Little Rock. Donald was a wonderful husband, father, pawpaw, super pawpaw and friend. He was an avid air plane pilot, loved to travel, and hardest worker known.
He is survived by his sons, Ron McCormick, Larry Williams, and Leonard Williams; daughters, Leah Bostian and Laree Treece; grandchildren, Adam McCormick, Quinn McCormick, Cinnamon Numez, Chris Reppond, Jason Williams, and Donovan Williams; and a host of great grandchildren, friends, and family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Leola Yielding McCormick; son, Steve McCormick; "mom", Margaret Parker; brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 18, at the Harris Chapel with Bro. Kim Hammer officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service, at the funeral home.
