"Larry Mickey Phillips, 67, of Marble passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021 in a Murphy hospital. He was a veteran of the United States Army and United States Marines during the Vietnam War. Larry had worked as an Iron worker for Oil refiners and Nuclear Plants.
He was the son of the late Frank Cecil and Fannie Raxter Phillips. Larry was also preceded in death by his wife, Paula Phillips; two brothers, Ralph and Ray Phillips; and a sister, Geneva May.
Surviving are two sons, Brian Phillips, and Mickey Phillips, Jr.; four brothers, Johnny Phillips, Jerry Phillips and wife, Susan, William Phillips and wife, Connie, and Dwayne Trantham and wife, Michelle; seven grandchildren, Bailey and Taylor Phillips, and Kyle, Kolby, Elizabeth, Emily, and Pierce Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
