Robert leaves behind his beloved mother, Dixie Rabenold and loving father, Robert Clay Gibbs, Jr. (Lana). He was the loving brother of Laura Gibbs and the dear uncle of Blakely and Isabella Lammers. He also leaves behind a small group of friends that he's shared 40 years of friendship with; as well as his bull mastiff, Angus; and cats; Jack, Fat, and Rocky.
Robert is preceded in death by his grandparents; Robert Clay Gibbs Sr., Margaret Pearson and Nina and Russell Turner. Robert will be remembered for his great sense of humor, his love for the great outdoors, camping, firearms and target shooting.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Richmond Cemetery, in Richmond, KY
