With profound sadness we announce Heather Michelle Ward, age 36, entered eternal life on September 10th, 2021. She was born June 1st 1985, in Louisville Kentucky.
Heather was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her two children Madison and Mason and embraced every moment with them. Aside from her children, she grew a life she loved with Todd Ray and adored his children Maddy and Morgan.
Heather had a vivacious personality and enjoyed life to the fullest. She had a selfless, giving nature that compelled her to care and provide for everyone around her. She was passionate about her career at Sleep Outfitters. In her management position, she impacted each and every customer and coworker, with her lighthearted and humorous spirit.
She is survived by her children, Madison and Mason Carpenter; parents, Rose Ward and Terry Ward (Barbara); sister, Holly Grimes (Chuck); step-sister, Helena Ward; grandmother, Freida Ward; several aunts and uncles, three nephews and one niece, many cousins, and an extended family and friends. In addition to her family, she leaves behind the love of her life, Todd Ray and his children Maddy and Morgan Ray.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Hope Ward; and grandmother, Joyce Drury.
