HIGGINBOTHAM CHARLES RUFUS HIGGINBOTHAM, JR. On Friday, December 4, 2009 of Burke, VA. A retired sanitarian of the Alexandria Health Department.
He will be missed by Aunt Mae and his many friends in Kiwanis, Sons of the Confederate Veterans, The American Legion and the St. Andrews Society.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at the EVERLY-WHEATLEY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 W. Braddock Rd. Alexandria, VA 22302. Interment to follow at Mt. Comfort Cemetery.
