Sara Irwin, 67, of Amarillo died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2005.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd., with the Rev. Marty Hamrick, associate pastor of Polk Street United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano East Cemetery.

Sara Irwin was born Dec. 11, 1937, in Tahoka. She married Wilton Royce "Red" Irwin on April 2, 1961, in Lubbock. Sara was a homemaker, a member of the Porcelain Arts Club in Amarillo and Polk Street United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by a son, David Royce Irwin.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Debra Fouse of Lubbock, Teresa O'Connor of Fort Worth and Natalie Chapman of Corpus Christi; and six grandsons, Daniel Irwin, Justin Fouse, Matthew Fouse, Jonathon O'Connor, Christopher O'Connor and Tom Irwin.

The family suggests memorials be to American Cancer Society, 3915 Bell St., Amarillo, TX 79109.
