In addition to his wife, Edna, Bobby is survived by: two sons, John (Elaine) Thompson and Jeffrey (Lynn) Thompson; a daughter, Linda (Jack) Givens; six grandchildren, Elizabeth (Chad) Conley, Rhodes (Meagan) Thompson, Jeremy Givens, Jaimie (Kevin) King, Emily Thompson and Alexandra Thompson; two sisters, Anne Else and Jeanne Moffat; a "special son," David Lykins; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Rhodes Thompson, Jr., and Ryan Thompson.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 16, at First Christian Church, in Paris. Masks will be required.
