Born in Warwick, he was the son of Lori L. (Bennett) Ouimette of Warwick and Dennis W. Higgins of Smithfield and step son of Robert Ouimette and Judith Higgins.
Christopher was a Service Technician for Dish Doctors, Inc. and a graduate of the Warwick school system.
He enjoyed spending time with his son.
He was self taught in music and enjoyed playing the piano and guitar. Christopher was also an accomplished artist and enjoyed drawing.
He is survived by a son, two sisters, a step-brother, his maternal grandmother, uncles, aunts and cousins.
He was grandson of the late Frank Bennett, and James and Elizabeth Higgins.
