Funeral Services for Rodney Eugene Jones, age 64 of Ridgedale, MO., will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Greenlawn Funeral Home Branson. Burial will follow at Cedar Valley Cemetery in Hollister, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home Branson.
He died on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Cox Medical Center Branson.
He was born on August 10, 1957 in Harrison, AR., the son of Wayne Russell Jones and Rexa Lea Jones. He was a graduate of Hollister High School. He retired after 35 years of service with the Taney County Road and Bridge Department and was a lifelong resident of the area.
He is survived by his two children: Matthew Jones of Ridgedale, MO and Laurie Weber and husband, Ryan of Springfield, MO, his mother, Rexa Jones of Ridgedale, MO., four siblings: David Jones and wife, Connie of Ridgedale, MO., Judy Jackson and husband, Johnny of Hollister, MO., Phyllis Green and husband, Jackie of Stroud, OK., Mary Ann Arnold and husband, Jeff of Hollister, MO., and three granddaughters: Lilly Jones, Maylyn Morrissey and Mattie Jones. He was preceded in death by his father.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until time of service on Wednesday.
