Kathleen Marie Knapp, daughter of Charles William and Vivian Marie Jacobson Manahan, was born October 8, 1944, in Avon Park, Florida and departed this life September 5, 2021, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of seventy-six years.

Kathy, as she was known to family and friends was very big about being a part of her family's lives and loved spending time with her great-grandchildren. If you didn't know her by Kathy it was Grandma or Granny. She was a server at Western Sizzlin and Brown Trout for many years in Lebanon. She was also a caregiver for many and always opened her home and arms to everyone. She was famous for her cooking: some family favorites were potato salad, egg sandwiches, and anything at her holiday dinners. Anyone who knew Kathy adored, loved, and cherished every second they were able to be with her.

Kathleen is survived by: two children: Daniel Knapp and Deborah "Debbie" Knapp, both of Lebanon; four grandchildren: Nick Odom and Chris Odom and wife Shaylei, all of Lebanon, Brittani Knapp of Hazelwood, and Chelsie Shannon and husband Cody of Winfield, Missouri; nine great- grandchildren: Kwinn, Daxston, Lyncoln, Maizey, Hayden, Layla, Rylan, Keegan and Easton; four brothers, Kevin Manahan of O'Fallon, Jim Manahan of O'Fallon, Tim Manahan of St. Charles, and Mark Manahan of St. Peter's, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, her significant other, Warren "Skip" Wirtel; her brothers Chuck and Mike Manahan; and her beloved son David Knapp.

Kathy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
