She was born on August 30, 1942 in Kingsland, AR.
Linda worked as a manager in administration at the Dallas County Hospital for 39 years and was a member of Second Baptist Church of Monticello. She loved to cook and was known for giving food to her friends and family.
She was preceded in death by a son, Brian Wilson; and her parents, Johnny W. Estes and Ruth I. Selman-Estes (Charlie Rogers).
Linda is survived by her husband, James Ed Chambers of Monticello; two sons, Butch Wilson (Nancy) of New Edinburg and Scott Chambers (Monica) of Fordyce; three grandchildren: Cassidy Wilson, Brooke Chambers, and Braden Chambers; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The graveside services will be held at Stoney Point Cemetery with Rev. Ray Hearron officiating.
Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
