San Luis Obispo, California - Wanda passed away peacefully on December 18th, 2020 surrounded by family.
Wanda born March 4, 1942 in Los Angeles California to Ruth and Harley Nichols. She had two brothers and two sisters, Betty (Don) Headley, Pat (Bob) Grosenbach, Nick (Anna) Nichols, Glen Nichols. After she gave birth to Randy (Kathy) Salas she moved up to San Luis Obispo in 1959. She went on to have two other children Dan (Sarah) Salas and Latisha Robinson. She graduated nursing school in 1972 and became a surgical nurse at French Hospital. She met Bud Davidson and they married in July 1973. They became a family of 5 joining Bud's kids Kristin (Kevin) Vaught and Heather Davidson. Bud and Wanda then began their journey of owning Davidson's Furniture downtown San Luis Obispo where they worked together daily until Bud retired. One of Wanda's biggest treasures in life were her grandkids, Jay Salas, Tiffany (Matthew) Frederick, Shawn (Jen) Salas, Martin Salas, Jared Salas, Hunter Robinson, Ian Robinson, Hailey Reidenbach, Kyle Vaught and Lindsey Vaught. She also had a huge love for her eight great grandchildren. Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, sister Betty Headley, and her son Dan Salas. A celebration of life will be held for Wanda and Bud Davidson at the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo on August 21st at 12noon-3:00PM. The family welcomes everyone that had the pleasure of knowing Bud and Wanda. Flowers can be sent to The Madonna Inn, in care of The Davidson Service.
