Barbara Freeman, 84 of Panacea, Florida entered her heavenly home on September 10, 2021 with her loving family at her bedside. She was born on August 28, 1937 in Columbus, Georgia and moved to Panacea at the age of seven. She graduated from Sopchoppy High School in 1956. Two years later she married the love of her live, Robert Freeman and they were married for 62 years. Barbara retired from Wakulla County School Board.
Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Velma Herrington; her sister, Frances Barwick Macarages and brothers, Bud and Frank Herrington. Survivors include her children, Wanda Molica , Sondra Harrell (Donnie) and Brenda Walker (Joey), all of Crawfordville, Florida; grandchildren, Kristy Freeman of Crawfordville, T. J. Burgess of Palm Harbor, Florida, Amanda Trumbull of Seattle, Washington, and Robert Freeman (Aly) of Birch Run, Michigan. She also had four great-grandchildren.
