Wilma Jane (Tedford) Lee April 18, 1950 - September 09, 2021
Wilma Jane Tedford Lee, age 71, of Mountain Top, Arkansas departed the insanity of this world we live in peacefully at her daughter's home on Thursday, September 9, 2021. She was born April 18, 1950 in Altus, Arkansas to Troy and Faye Williams Tedford.
During her life she was an entrepreneur and owner of numerous different types of businesses. She was a talented piano player, dancer, horseback rider and drag racer. She also enjoyed painting and road trips, especially the ones with no destination. Wilma was a huge music fan, especially Elvis Presley.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Faye Tedford of Altus, AR; her brother, James Tedford of Altus, AR; her son, Mikel Burchfield of Charleston, AR; and her daughter, Melinda DeGregory of Dardanelle, AR.

She is survived by her husband, James Lee, of Mountain Top, AR; her three daughters, Missy Graham of Evadale, TX, Melanie Jones of Charleston, AR and Megan Mayeux of Van Buren, AR; her brothers, Phillip Tedford of Ozark, AR, David Tedford of Coal Hill, AR and Paul Dale Tedford of Ozark, AR; her stepson, Scott Lee of Kountze, TX; her stepdaughter, Heather Lee of Houston, TX; fourteen grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Wilma was one of a kind and the world will be a bit more calm and possibly boring since her passing. She was a classy lady who taught us all to live life to its fullest, dance beautifully, fear nothing, and duck when she was angry. She was hell on wheels in her younger days and never walked away from a fight-many folks can attest to that. Her feistiness could have resulted from being the older sister to her 4 brothers or single handedly raising 4 daughters that grew up with her attitude. (Thank you Momma) Every single facet of her life was done her way, despite consequences or the opinions of others.
Her many, many grandchildren are all going to miss the adventures their Grandma Wilma took them on and we are all tickled pink they survived them.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, September 13, 2021 at Shaffer Funeral Home with Reverend George Willis officiating under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery 902-668, County Road 4031, Oark, AR 72852
Pallbearers will be Mitchell Ballard, Michael Ballard, Chad Tedford, Nick DeGregory, Mason Jones and Matthew Mayeux
