Joyce R. Phillips, age 82 of Moundsville, WV died Thursday, September 9, 2021 at home.
She was born January 16, 1939 in Hundred, WV the daughter of the late Vivian Bradley.
She was a retired CPN from Mound View Health Care Center; and a member of Church of the Nazarene.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Lee Phillips; and a granddaughter, Stephanie Phillips-Eddy.
Survivors include a son, Dennis (Denise) Phillips of Moundsville; two daughters, Tina (Ed Peters) Hill of Moundsville, and Gina (Christopher) Jones of Maryville, TN; six grandchildren, Brandon (Angela) Hill of Moundsville, Sarah (Jason) Elrod of Pittsburgh, PA, Anna (Randell) Corbitt of Moundsville, Emily (Justin) Nichols of Knoxville, TN, and Elise Jones and Edan Jones, both of Columbus, OH; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Grace Bradley of Hundred.
Family will receive friends on Monday from 11am until time of Funeral Service at 1pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville with Pastor John Keener officiating.
Interment in Valley Brook Memorial Gardens, Moundsville.
