Gwendolyn Marie Johnson, 63 of Crawfordville died Wednesday, September 8, 2021 in Tallahassee. Marie was a native and lifelong resident on Crawfordville, she was a member of Greater Mount Trial Primitive Baptist Church, however for the past six years wasn't able to attend due to her illness. Marie was employed with CSG prior to her disability. She loved sewing and cooking and was very good at both, her 8 grandchildren were loved by her unconditionally.
Survivors include her 3 sons Travis Williams and his wife Alison, Jeremy Williams, and Rickie Williams, 4 brothers Eddie Brannen and Ethel, William Johnson, John Johnson and Michael Brannen and 8 Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Greater Mount Trial Primitive Baptist Church, the family will receive friends on Monday afternoon from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at Family Funeral Home at Harvey Young Chapel. Burial will follow the church service at the Buckhorn Community Cemetery.
