Obituary for Sherrie Lynn Lewis, With heartfelt grief, we announce the passing of Sherrie, mother, sister, daughter and friend. "OUR LOVE FOR HER IS EVERLASTING"
Sherrie Lynn Lewis (67) was born in Leonardtown, Maryland and raised in the neighboring town of Brandywine before settling in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida.
She is survived by Staci Clarke (daughter), Vicky VanDevander (daughter), Eboni (granddaughter), Tyrell (grandson), Terrie Keech (sister), Rick Spraggins (brother), Terry Peugh (step-dad), and several nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
She is preceded in death by Horace Claude Spraggins (father), Annie Christine Spraggins Peugh (mother), Ronald Claude Spraggins (brother), and Donald Horace Spraggins (brother).
Sherrie was a very sweet, kind and loving person who loved the Lord and had an unconditional love for her girls, her family and her friends. She loved the beach, sunsets, flowers and candles. Sherrie also loved football and was a die hard Washington Redskins and Tampa Bay Buccaneer fan! She would never go anywhere without having her lipstick on and had to have it with her at all times. :)
Sherrie was a beautiful reflection of living a simple life with a huge heart. She will be deeply missed and life won't be the same without her. May she rest in the arms of Jesus.
