Mr. David Matthew Reese of Warrenton, MO, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021. He was born January 24, 1983 in Lake St Louis, MO, to John Michael and Linda Jean (Nee: Leonard) Reese. He had reached the age of 38 years.
David loved playing football during high school and graduated from Warrenton in 2002. He then started working as a carpenter. He married Dana Marie Backowski, November 6, 2011 in Defiance, MO, and to this union, one son, Davin was born. Being a carpenter by trade, he enjoyed woodworking. He made benches, shelves and fireplace mantles. He enjoyed boating, working around the house on various projects and gardening. He would also spend time working on his cars. What he loved more than anything was spending time with his son Davin.
David was preceded in death by brother, Steven Reese; grandparents, Jack and Marge Reese, Charles and Camilla Leonard. He is survived by his wife, Dana Reese; son, Davin Reese; father, John M. Reese; mother, Linda J. (Nee: Leonard) Reese; brothers, Johnny W. Reese, Michael J. Reese (Tia), Kevin P. Reese (Erin); nieces and nephews, Nick, Teylor, Trevor, Kyle, Payton, Emma, Madisyn, Jaydan, Jackson, Pearl, Sadie, Sia; great nieces, Hazel Mae, Maelyn; many other friends and family.
