James Dearl Frizzell, 88, of England passed peacefully September 5, 2021. He was born in England, Arkansas on September 11, 1932 to Woodrow and Ova Frizzell.
He leaves behind his children, Chipp Frizzell of Searcy, Shelly Noonan of Little Rock, John Frizzell (Vanessa) of Searcy; grandchildren, Preston Frizzell, Adam Frizzell, Samantha Moss, Austin Noonan, Matthew Noonan, and Tyler Noonan; great-grandchildren, Avery, Abby, Osias, and Elyason.
James was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Carrie Sue Jagielo, and his wife Shirley Frizzell.
He enjoyed working with the public at John Deere, Sterling, and Kroger. He was a church member, board member and Deacon at the Assembly of God Church, served on the England city council over 50 years, was a Boy Scout leader and little league baseball announcer. He loved spending time in the community with his friends and family.
James was very loved and will be joyfully remembered by his many friends and family members.
Visitation will be 2:00 P. M. Sunday afternoon September 12 immediately followed by the funeral service at 3:00 P. M. at Roller England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939. Albert Lee Wyllia will be officiating. Burial will be in Mulberry Cemetery.
