Loretta A. Davis, 65, of McAlisterville, passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the Bridges at Brookline, Mifflintown.
Born on June 5, 1956 in McAlisterville, Juniata County, she was a daughter of the late Wayne R. and Pauline R. (Yeater) Kramer.
In 2007, she married her late husband, John Davis with whom she was blessed to share over 11 years of marriage before his passing on March 11, 2018.
She is survived by her children, Michael S. Haas and his wife Cheryl of Mifflintown and Wayne E. Haas and his wife Jenna of Etters; two sisters, Cindy Swartz and her husband Troy of Thompsontown and Sue Norris and her husband Chad of Dallastown; three grandchildren, Brandy Bradshaw and her husband Daniel of Chambersburg, Linzy Haas of Lewistown, and Jaden Haas of Etter; and two great grandchildren, Miya and Maddox Bradshaw.
Mrs. Davis was a 1974 graduate of East Juniata High School in Cocolamus and was employed and retired as a USDA Food Inspector
Loretta was a member of the McAlisterville United Methodist Church.
She was a certified Gemologist, enjoyed making different jewelry, and loved to spend time with her dog, Roscoe, and her bird, Baby.
Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the McAlisterville United Methodist Church, Main Street, McAlisterville with Pastor Parrish Munro officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Davis' memory can be made to the McAlisterville United Methodist Church, 4633 Cuba Mills Road, Mifflintown, PA 17059.
