Jeffrey was a free spirit, adventurer, poet, writer, artist, loved music, the outdoors, spontaneous traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Jeffrey never met a stranger and was loved by many. He was an avid Arkansas Razorback and Jacksonville Jaguar fan.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his mother Hady Quitz Williams.
Survivors include his twin children Jakob Lane and Stella Hope, his father, John D. Freeman, sister, Jodi (Tommy) Gelaro, nieces, Jessica (Shaun) Duncan, Miranda (Cody) Alexander, great-nephew Nash, great-niece Averie, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends from around the world.
A celebration of his life will be held on 9/11/2021 at 6:00 PM located at 5106 Woodson Lateral Rd. Hensley, Arkansas 72065. A private ceremony in Jacksonville, Florida and Scottsdale, Arizona will follow at a later date.
