A young Raeford mother died when her vehicle collided with a tractor trailer truck on July 5th and one of the four children died Monday, a week later in Chapel Hill hospital.
She died at the scene after lapsing into unconsciousness inspite of a cooperative effort to save her.
Charges were pending against the truck driver since Ebony had the right of way.
