Johnny J. Jones, 40, of Plattsburgh, NY passed away, Sunday, September 5, 2021. He was born in Socorro, NM on April 27, 1981.
Johnny enjoyed being outside and often could be found fishing or his interest in photography. He was always known for helping people and worked with the Red Cross. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He started Karate at a young age and always dreamed of being a police officer. He worked at Social Services for many years.
He is survived by his sister, Amanda Jones, his uncle Carl and his aunt Michelle, his aunt Denise, and his uncle Shannon and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He's also survived by his closest friends Clayton "CJ" Hoover and his wife Melissa, Jessica Hoover, and Matt Hoover, and Thomas Watts.
He is predeceased by his mother, Vanessa Jones, his grandmother, Sylvia Luna and his aunt Bonnie, and his "2nd mother," Cameron.
Visitation will be Monday, September 13, 2021 from 2:00-3:00pm, A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel.
