She was born on August 15, 1954 in Leitchfield, the daughter of the late George and Lessie Napper Heavrin.
She retired after 25 years of employment at Hardin Memorial Hospital, working as a nurse. She believed in God, Faith and Family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Joyce enjoyed cross stitching, cooking, reading, social media and writing in her journal. She graduated from Leitchfield High School, Class of 1972 and later received her Associate Degree in the nursing field. She was a member of the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Clarkson.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Webb of Big Clifty; her children, Aaron Webb (Angel) of Leitchfield and Megan Webb Beatty (Brad) of Big Clifty; seven grandchildren, Jack, Molly, Rylee, Lucas, Noah, Ben and Silas: her brother and sisters, Oveda Herbert (Jack), Dessie Willis, Georgia Embry, Thelma Saltsman (Pren), Darlene Haycraft (Ralph) and Ray Heavrin (Brandy); and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bud and Claudie Heavrin.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, (September 13, 2021) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Mickey Coates will be officiating. Burial will be in the Little Flock Church Cemetery.
