Dorothy J. Burns, daughter of the late Arthur Cameron and Edna McNeill Johnson, was born May 27, 1937. She was called home on December 25, 2020.
She married William Burns in 1955. She spent many years working in Charlotte, NC. Upon retiring she returned home to St. Pauls, NC. She was a faithful member of Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church where she served while able.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her son and Rickie E. Burns.
She is survived by 2 daughters and two sons. She leaves behind several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grand children and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
