Nathaniel Kenneth Thomas (Nathan / Nate) was born on November 4, 1989, in Carrolton, TX.

On June 21, 2019, Nathan was fatally injured in a motorcycle accident. Nathan is survived by his parents Kenneth Wallace Thomas and Melody Carter Thomas, his sister Julia Pauline Thomas and brother Jonathan David Thomas. Nathan was a 2008 graduate of Germantown High School in Germantown, TN and a 2014 graduate of Redstone College in Broomfield, CO.

Nathan enjoyed working with his hands. When he was younger, he built and raced RC cars and built and flew RC airplanes. These early hobbies developed into his chosen occupation, repairing and rebuilding motorcycles. His pride and joy was his ZX10R, there was not a piece of that bike he had not repaired or rebuilt and was so proud of his custom paint work.

He loved being outside, water skiing, snow skiing, hiking in the mountains, driving up Old Gold Camp Road, Mount Herman and through Garden of the Gods, watching clouds and enjoying sunsets. He had an uncanny ability to notice the smallest detail in his surroundings, even if they were a blur when he was on his bike.

He enjoyed playing computer games, World of Warcraft was his game of choice – always one more boss to beat. He taught himself CAD and used the 3D printer to print bike parts and tools.

Nathan loved his family and friends deeply. He lived an adventurous life and had a heart of gold. He was happiest when he was helping others.
