Obituary
Services for Bobby Gale Evans, 68, of Laddonia, will be 11 AM, Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Bienhoff Funeral Home in Laddonia with reverend Chris Atkinson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Laddonia Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Evans passed away on September 6, 2021 at his home surrounded by family.
Bobby was born October 12, 1952 in Mexico the son of Norval and Virginia Garnett Evans.
He married Joy Gates on August 11, 1972 in Mexico and she survives.
Other survivors include: two sons; Clinton (Danielle) Evans of Phoenix, AZ and Chad (Bailey) Evans of Centralia, daughter; Amy (Darryl) Bond of Mexico, one brother; Butch Evans of Laddonia, two sisters; Tammy Purvis of Centralia and Margie Fry of Texas, five grandchildren; Bodee, Isla, Emma, Callie, and Lane Evans, along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers; Charles and Stanley Lee (Nancy) Evans, one sister; Della (Edmond) Britton, and an infant grandchild Beckett Evans.
Bobby was a lifetime area resident and member of the Laddonia Baptist Church as well as a former member of the Laddonia Athletic Association and the Laddonia Jaycees. He enjoyed golfing, camping, fishing, socializing with friends over a cold beverage and most of all spending time with his family.
Pallbearers will be Andrew Britton, Matthew Barnes, Branden McLane, Darryl Bond, Brian Erdel and Brian Steffen.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Harold Trosser, Johnnie Snyder, LeRoy Vogt and Mike Wood.
