Brooke L. Garrett, 28 of York, PA, died on September 4, 2021 in Baltimore, MD.
Born December 14, 1992 in York, PA, she was the daughter of Cynthia A. (Elstrodt) Garrett of York, PA and Rodney P. Garrett of York, PA.
Brooke was a 2010 graduate of York Academy Regional Charter School. She was an animal lover, appreciated all music, especially attending concerts, and was known as a kind-hearted person to her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Brooke is survived by a brother, Chase K. Garrett of York, PA, her maternal grandparents, Margaret and Melvin P. Elstrodt, Jr. of York, PA, an aunt, Jeannie Helm and her two daughters, McKenna Helm and Baylee Helm, all of Mt. Wolf, PA. She was also survived by other aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 10, 2021 at the Etzweiler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, 1111 E. Market St. York, PA with the Rev. John Bell, officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of York County, 3159 Susquehanna Trail North, York, PA 17406.
