Thomas "Tom" Lee Elliott, age 82, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents Thelma Figliola and Russell Robert Elliott, Sr. and stepfather Anthony Figliola. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ruth Robinson Elliott; two children, Craig Elliott and Kristin (Michael) Edwards; and two step­children, Kimberly (Scott) Hoy and Jeffrey (Colleen) Miesse; four grandchildren, Clay Miesse, Chelsea Hoy, Sara Edwards and Joseph Edwards; brothers, Russell Robert Elliott, Jr. and Verner Elliott. Tom was born on August 29, 1938 and is a graduate of Dublin High School class of 1957. After graduation Tom joined the U.S. Marine Corps where he completed a tour of four years. Upon returning to Dublin he joined his brother in business at RR Elliott Stucco. Tom loved being with his family and friends, especially his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed swimming and diving, playing football, designing and building the family home, raising his pets, and watching the Ohio State Buckeye's
