Ronald D. Black
39, of Pendleton, passed away August 14, 2021 in a motor vehicle accident. He was born September 12, 1981 in Indianapolis to Ronald D. and Kathy L. Kennedy Black. Ron graduated form Warren Central High School, Class of 2000. He served his country in the U.S. Navy and worked for IPL, now AES, as a supervisor. Ron was member of Fortville VFW and the American Legion Post #6904.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St.
Ronald is survived by his son, Alexander D. Black; parents, Ronald D. and Kathy L. Black; three sisters, Veronica C. Lanum, Melissa R. Black, and Kristina D. Goodnight (Grant); seven nieces and nephews and five great-nieces and great-nephews.
