Jason A. Edwards - SAVANNAH - Jason A. Edwards, 34, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016. A native and lifelong resident of Savannah Jason was a graduate of Savannah Christian Preparatory School where he was a star basketball player and was a member of the Soccer Team and the Cross Country Team. He graduated with a BS in Business Management from Georgia Southern University where he was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. Surviving are his father, Andy Edwards; a brother, Michael Edwards; two nieces, Heather Rowland and Ashley Edwards; and a nephew, Michael Edwards, Jr. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, February 12, 2016, at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the National Alliance on Mental Illness- Savannah (NAMI), 7805 Waters Ave., Suite 2-B, Savannah, GA 31406.
