Debra Jane "Debbie" Ray Cunningham, 66, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021 at Clark Memorial Health Hospital in Jeffersonville Indiana.
She was born on July 4, 1955, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, to Glen and Betty (Overfelt) Ray Johnson.
Debbie was dedicated to her family and was an avid UK fan.
In addition to her parents Debbie is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, William David Cunningham; son, David Glen (Brooke) Ray; stepchildren, Alan (Kathy) Cunningham, Lesa Cunningham, and Nathan (Kristen) Cunningham ; sisters, Tammy Lopez and Cindy (Joey) Garmon; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen following Debra's wishes, and a private family memorial service will be held in Edmonton Ky. at a later date.
