Margaret (nee Teel) Cole, passed away quietly on Sunday, February 7, 1988.


She is survived by 1 brother, Howard, in Medicine Hat Alberta; 1 daughter, Ruth, in Montreal; 2 sons Joe and Ed in Vancouver; her son-in-law Norman and her daughters-in-law, Estelle and Fran; 6 grandsons, Michael, Allan, Darcy, Damon, Trevor, and Shaun; and 2 granddaughters, Dana and Kristin; granddaughters through marriage, Susan and Lina; and by her great-grandchildren, Aidan, Tyrone, and Dylan.


She is survived by her special friends, many of whom called her "Grams", particular affection was in her heart for her longtime friend and physician, Dr. J.R. Watson and those friends and nursing staff who helped to make her last days the best possible.


She lived a long full life rich in love and understanding. She died surrounded by those who loved her and will be sorely missed by all of us.


A memorial service with Rev. Kiely of the Unitarian Church officiating will be held at Boal Chapel, 1505 Lillooet Road, North Vancouver, on Thursday, February 11, at 2 p.m.


Rather than flowers donations to the Salvation Army or to Muscular Dystrophy Research (In memory of her grandson Kevin) would be appreciated.


Arrangements through FIRST MEMORIAL FUNERAL SERVICES, 602 Kingsway, Vancouver.
