She professed her hope in Christ at an early age and was baptized at Phillips Memorial C.M.E Church where she served faithfully in the choir and the usher board. When she was no longer able to attend church due to health concerns, she would wake up every Sunday morning get dressed prepared to listen to the sermon from the late Elder D. J. Ward on the radio, praising God in her home.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter; Barbara Michelle and a great-granddaughter; Sha'Ziya Michelle Woolfolk, her siblings; Mary Jane Ogle-Smith, Dorothy Jean Ogle-Walker, Charles "Chubby" Lockhart, Harold "Bubbles" , Nathan "Poochie" Taylor, Geraldine , Dewey and Marguerite Ogle Larkin Dayton Ohio, three nephews; Clarence "Husky" Walker , Devekeo Edmonds and Steven "Charlie" Robinson.
She leaves to cherish her memories; three children, Charles "Rome" Ogle, Teresa (Herbert) Woolfolk and Sonja Piersall, seven grandchildren; Fredrick Godfrey, Montay Piersall, Ronald J. Sr., Sasha M. Woolfolk, Kayla Godfrey, Joseph Cotton and LaRone Jones, great-grandchildren; Min. Ronald J., Jr., Ron'Nesha K., Ron'Zjanel J., Ron'Nik L.
