Mr. Wilbanks was a former employee of the Crawford County Sheriff's Department, a member of Mulberry First Baptist Church, a Mason and past worthy patron of the Eastern Star Auxiliary.
Survivors include his wife, Allie; six daughters, Ruth, Peggy, Marsha, Jo Ann, Mary and Sue; four sons; a brother; 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Mulberry First Baptist Church. Carrol Walters and Wendel Morse were the officiating ministers. Burial was at New Cemetery by Edwards Funeral Home.
Honoray casket bearers were members of the Mulberry Masonic Lodge, the Eastern Star Auxiliary and the Crawford County Sheriff's Department.
