Roberto Garcia was born on January 20th, 1954 in Toledo Ohio to Eliseo and Juana Garcia, who preceded him in death along with a sister and brother.

Robert or Bob as he was known LOVED his community. He protected and served with the Toledo Police Department, a job he truly LOVED making friends along the way, retiring after 25 years of service. While on the Department he served not only as a Patrolman but also an FTO, CIT and Negotiator.

Bob was a life long Cleveland Browns fan, enjoying the games with his family and 2 pups, Baker and Beckham. Another favorite was the Toledo Mudhens where he was a season ticket holder. He was also a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Surviving and left to cherish his memory is his devoted wife of 22 years Melanie Garcia. His loving triplets Mikayla, Roberto and Reyes along with daughter Erica Garcia. He also leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Bob never met or knew a stranger they were always friends, that's just who he was. He was and is LOVED by many and will be truly missed. Rest in Heaven "Thirty", Please be waiting for me to welcome me home when my time comes. I will LOVE you forever!!

Friends will be received at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey) on Saturday, September 11, 2021 after 1 pm where funeral services will follow at 6 pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting a monetary donation in honor of Mikayla, Roberto and Reyes. Condolences may be shared with the family at walkerfuneralhomes.com
