Keith Owen Blanchard, 66, of Bear Creek, passed away August 24, 2021. Keith was born in Tuscaloosa, AL, and lived in Bay County for the last 4 years, moving here from Chipley. He retired as a MSGT after 22 years service in the US Air Force, and then worked as a contractor at Tyndall AFB. Keith enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Brad Miller.
