A. Ruth Smith, 85, of 741 S. Forge St. Palmyra, died Tuesday Nov 8, 1994 at home. She was the wife of the late Isaac R. Smith, who died in 1983. Born in Fort Defiance, Va. on Aug. 21, 1909, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Letha Beckone Liskey. She was a member of the Palmyra Church of the Brethren where she taught Sunday school for many years. Surviving are sons, Dr. Wilbur Smith, Mission Viejo, Calif.; Glenn Smith, Glen Rock; Kenneth Smith, Hayward, Calif.; and Dean Smith, Baltimore; a brother, Quinter Liskey, Sebring, Fla.; a sister Ina Hartman, Lebanon; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers the Rev. Perry Liskey and the Rev. Wilbur Liskey, and Ernest Liskey, and a sister Della Garber. [Lebanon Daily News,
