Gwendolyn, age 61, passed away at University Medical Center Hospital on Friday, August 27th, 2021.
Those left to cherish her memory are her five sons, Terry Day, Kendrick Day, both of Mansura, Charles Day, Ronnie Day (Kayla), both of Cottonport, and Dewayne Day of Mansura; her daughter, Alicia Day of Cottonport; her four sisters, Georgia Bradford (Jimmie), Margaret Eggins (Charles), Edna Day, all of Cottonport, Diana Thomas of Memphis, TN; her four brothers, Tony Day, Leon Day, Terry Day, all of Cottonport, Felix Day (Donna) of Alexandria; her 14 grandchildren, Danisha, Jade, Deon, Ariana, Malaycia, Jayda, Kamorah, Ronnie, Jr., Christopher, Za'Kyrah, Kendrick, Jr., Ka'Myriah, Kiana, and Johnnie; her two great-grandchildren, Mariah and Averie. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew she raised as her own, Mason, Sr. and Olivia who she loved dearly; and her two cousins she also loved dearly, Donald Ray Jenkins, Sr. and Deola Jenkins.
