Samuel (Sam) Luther Hall, 76 of Gardendale, Alabama passed away on September 1, 2021, at home surrounded by his loved ones. He was proceeded in death and is now reunited with his beloved wife of 41 years Judith Mitchell Hall. He is survived by a son Gregory Hall (Bryant Boals), daughter Cynthia Reaves and twin grandchildren Sydney and Spencer Reaves, brothers David (Shirley) Hall, Terrell (Sharon) Hall and sister-in-law Patricia Mitchell Howell. Sam had many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Sam was proceeded in death by his parents Samuel Rufus Hall and Christal Calvert Hall, brother Jerry Hall and twin granddaughters Judith and Emily Reaves.
Sam graduated from Mortimer Jordan High School where he was Student Body President, Class President, as well as Valedictorian. He received a degree in Engineering from Auburn University. After receiving his degree Sam opened 2 businesses Miller Services and Mechanical Systems and eventually traveled to Saudi Arabia for his expertise in his work. He and Judy returned to Fultondale and opened A Touch of Class Florist where they would also go on to develop A Touch of Class Plaza. Everyone that knew Sam knew of his kindness, love of westerns, and sense of duty to his country. Sam always had a smile on his face and will be dearly missed and loved by his family and friends.
There will be a Private Burial for Mr. Hall on Tuesday September 7th, 2021.
