A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late Tommy and Lillie Campbell Forrester, she was a retired employee of Pacific Mills, a Master Gardener, a homemaker, pastors' wife, mother and grandmother, and a member of Washington Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Arden W. "Billy" Stewart (Dianne) of Greer; one sister, Floy Sloan of Greer; two grandchildren, Alissa Stewart Fennell (Shawn) and Katie Stewart Mize (Chris) of Greer; three great-grandchildren, Zeke, Hannah, and Linc Mize; and two step-great-grandchildren, Bryson and Braylan Fennell.
Mrs. Stewart was predeceased by a brother, Ralph Forrester and three sisters, Ruth Ellen Clayton, Ina Harper, and Edith Arms.
A graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Woodlawn Memorial Park conducted by Dr. Drew Hines.
