He was born in Union County on August 11, 1968, son of Henry D. Brooks Sr and Nancy Tarlton Brooks. He was preceded in death by his sister, April Brooks. Hank is survived by his mother and father; his daughter, Gray Brooks; his sister, Jennifer Brooks Clark (Mark) and his three nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until 2:00pm Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe. A service to celebrate Hank's life will begin at 2:00pm in McEwen Funeral Home's Colonial Chapel. Interment will follow in Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery.
