Smothers, Jim, Jr., passed away, Friday, August 27, 2021.
Beloved father of Madison Borchert and Acie Smothers; dearest grandfather of Prince Max; loving son of Vickie (Wayne) Stewart and Jim Smothers, Sr.; dear brother of Shannon (Jeffrey) Rawson, the late Jason Smothers and "special brother Stephen Snipes; special friend of Lisa Mossotti, Dennis McMullin, Bob Yarnell, Mike Stocker and Donna Wiechman; our dear uncle, cousin and friend of many.
Jim was the owner and chief instructor at USA Martial Arts Academy in Eureka, Missouri. He dedicated his life to martial arts and teaching people. He was an expert in building strength, self confidence and self control. He has touched the lives of so many who will always carry a little piece of him in their heart.
